News Update -September
I am currently translating (Part 12 of 12!) Jean de Meung's 17000 line Continuation of Guillaume de Lorris: 'Le Roman de la Rose', in which Jean ranges over the Medieval world, in a somewhat different style to that of Guillaume. Again the translation is in octosyllabic couplets. I then intend to write an original chapter by chapter commentary on the whole combined work.
