Richard Wagner: Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg
Abigail Dyer's translation of the score of Richard Wagner's 1868 opera, The Master Singers of Nuremberg (Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg) is now available on the website here. This romantic opera follows the journey of the ambitious young knight Walther von Stolzing as he challenges the established traditions of the mastersingers' guild to win the hand of Eva Pogner.
