Jean Moréas: The Manifesto of Symbolism
We have added to the website an article (here), submitted by Jean Moréas to Le Figaro in 1886, which championed Symbolism, a term which he had coined. This brief commentary on the movement came to be regarded as its Manifesto, and complements Breton's Manifesto of Surrealism, also on the site.
