25th Anniversary Issue of Dante's Divine Comedy
Poetry in Translation has released a 25th anniversary edition of the second edition of A. S. Kline's prose translation of Dante's Divine Comedy. This commemorative edition features the complete cycle of illustrations by Gustave DorΓ© (France, 1832-1883), digitally restored from the Cassell & Company Limited edition (London, 1902) by A. D. Kline, PhD. Each illustration is keyed to the corresponding lines of its respective canto. This new edition can be read online here.
