Chateabriand: Itinerary and Last of the Abencerrajes
Chateaubriand's Itinéraire de Paris à Jérusalem et de Jérusalem à Paris (Record of a Journey from Paris to Jerusalem and Back) has now been illustrated with a selection of public domain engravings and lithographs from nineteenth-century travelogues by celebrated artists such as Edward Dodwell Esq, F.S.A, Thomas Allom Esq, William Henry Bartlett, David Roberts R.A. and Louis Haghe. A print edition of this work is now also available.
The online translation of Chateaubriand's novella, The Last of the Abencerrajes, has also been illustrated with public domain lithographs by Francisco Javier Parcerisa. A print edition is planned.
